NURSING
(OB-RN-5003V) REGISTERED NURSE: (PRN):
Position Summary The Registered Nurse is responsible for the assessment/reassessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of patient care for a described group of patients. Assist physicians in the planning, management, delivery and evaluation of care. Supervises and is accountable for care given by other staff members.
Qualifications - Current MS RN license, NALS and ACLS certification
Minimum one year

(LAB-MT-1001A): MED TECH: (FULL-TIME): LABORATORY
Position Summary - The Med Tech is responsible for performing procedures in accordance with lab policy and procedure. Ensures adherence to all established collection, testing and QC procedures. Maintains lab equipment and work area to assure safe and hygienic working conditions; does preventative maintenance on all instruments and repair as required. Ensures adequate supply of all reagents and other lab supplies. Complies with all QC and Westgard Rules. Always participates in and passes Competency Testing as assigned by the Lab Director.
Qualifications - Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology
Current ASCP or equivalent license. Current BCLS certification.
Minimum two years Med Tech experience.

RESP-TECH-1001P): RESPIRATORY TECH: (FULL-TIME): RESPIRATORY CARE
Position Summary The Respiratory Tech is responsible for the performance of all therapeutic and diagnostic procedures available through the department. The therapist should have a complete understanding of equipment, supplies, and medications. Indications and contraindications for their use, and physiological effects upon the patient. The therapist will be responsible for monitoring, charting, reporting quality assurance, quality control and reporting patients response to therapy. Therapist must be able to properly assess and evaluate patients for the appropriate respiratory care plan. The therapist is responsible for making sure that the daily operations of the department are appropriately completed.
Qualifications Current MS respiratory license, BCLS certification, ACLS/NALS/PALS preferred.

(SUR-ORT-5001A): SURGICAL TECH: (PRN): SURGICAL SERVICES
Position Summary The Surgical Tech is responsible for providing safe and effective care to patients under the supervision of nursing staff during the intra-operative period. Participate in support functions of the nursing unit, i.e., cleaning Endoscopy scopes, answering phones, running errands, transporting patients and scheduling cases. Must attain/maintain skills applicable to primary area of assignment.
Qualifications - Current BCLS certification
Graduate of a Surgical Technology school, certification preferred

Qualifications - High School Graduate or equivalent (GED)
Minimum on year clinical experience as a Unit Secretary, hospital setting preferred

Position Summary - The Receptionist is responsible for relating to the public in a respectful, positive and pleasant manner. Must schedule appointments and understand all exams and preparation. Must write up patient requisitions and include all pertinent information. Retrieve patient jacket, prepare film inserts and log arriving patients onto daily log sheets. Must be familiar with Radworks/PACS system for printing, retrieving and searching patient database. Must be able to re-load archived patients for printing or interpretation comparison. Assist technologists when needed. Pull reports from printer and process as required.
Qualifications - High School Graduate or GED
Minimum one year healthcare receptionist/office work experience required, radiology experience preferred, current CPR certification

(LAB-DIR-1001S) DIRECTOR OF LAB SERVICES: (FULL-TIME) LAB SERVICES
Position Summary - The Director of Lab Services is responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of the department. These duties include but are not limited to maintaining competent staff, staff development, setting up systems to ensure supply/resource management, collaborating with others in managing multi-department concerns, serving as a liaison between customers, staff physicians and administration, providing input to various parties, compliance with various laws, rules and regulations, customer relations, business development, quality assurance and performance improvement.
Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of science (Med Tech). Minimum five years experience as a technologist, supervisory experience preferred. Current Med Tech license and BCLS certification required.
Work Schedule - Full-Time, Exempt
GENERAL

Position Summary - The Registrar is responsible for performing patient interviews to obtain current, correct information for accuracy in data entry. Explains hospital policies regarding co-pays, deductibles, self pay accounts; collects necessary payments and obtain the patients signature on all relevant forms. Assigns the patient to the designated room in conjunction with the nursing staff, based on the nature of the illness, and type of accommodations available and/or requested. Observes professional ethics in maintaining confidential information acquired regarding person, financial, medical or employment of patients, families and employees of the hospital.
Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED equivalent, college courses preferred.
Minimum six months hospital/clinic admitting experience required. Proficient communication, computer and office machine skills required.

Position Summary - The Materials Supply Tech is responsible for assisting in all duties related to the preparation, ordering and distribution of supplies and related services. Performs duties relating to the material supply computer system.
Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED. College courses preferred.
Proficient computer skills.
